Contemporary Wall Stickers is totally committed to complete customer satisfaction. We appreciate we need to deliver an outstanding standard of service as well as support for our products, to take care of and build our customers.
Should you have questions relating to our company or recommendations for enhancing it or our products then we would love to hear from you.
Please get in touch for full directions prior to returning any products or returns will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
If you want to return a product bought from our online shop for any reason, send it back along with the original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date and we’ll either swap the product or provide you with a refund excluding delivery charge. If the free delivery service was used, we charge a fee of our lowest delivery service charge.
- You are liable for the cost of returning the products unless faulty/incorrect.
- Returned products have to be in their original condition and packaging.
- If we’re at fault, we will only pay for the cost of standard recorded postage using the Royal Mail.
- We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge of 25% at our discretion.
- Refunds will be authorized following receipt and assessment of products at our warehouse.
- We reserve the right to reject a refund in the event that the above conditions are not met.
- We take the utmost care to describe products accurately, nevertheless we can’t accept liability for mistakes or minor variations in the products.
- Refunds do not include the cost of outbound shipping or gift wrapping unless products are returned as a result of a fault or mistake with the product.
- You need to inform us of any damage or problem within 7 days of receipt of the products – we will not accept responsibility after that time period.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Bespoke & Personalised Items
- Products that have been personalised or produced to order cannot be canceled or refunded.
- For products which are damaged, we will only provide an exchange or replacement.
- We accept no legal responsibility for damage to products when personalised or modified by other parties.
